Ori vs Motion, Reclaim and Sunsama for personal goals
Motion and Reclaim are AI calendars built mainly for work: when your day changes, they move tasks somewhere else. Sunsama walks you through planning your day by hand. Ori starts from a personal goal, and when you fall behind it makes the step smaller or different. Ori is still in testing.
This comparison is based on each tool's public website as of 2 October 2026. If something has changed, write to us at oriapp.eu@gmail.com.

When to choose which
Motion
When you want AI to schedule work tasks and projects, often for a whole team, and reshuffle the day whenever something changes.
Reclaim
When you live in your work calendar and want to protect time for tasks, habits and focus inside it. Reclaim moves those blocks on its own when meetings land.
Sunsama
When you want to decide, deliberately and by hand, what fits into each day, and you want to stay in control of your day's plan.
Ori
When you have a personal goal that runs for weeks or months, like a language exam or a half-marathon, and you know some weeks won't go to plan. Ori turns the goal into steps in your calendar and, in a harder week, makes them smaller or different so the goal survives.
The difference in one example
It's Thursday, work is heavy this week, and you have 45 minutes of English planned for tonight. A calendar tool moves the block to another day. Ori first asks how much energy you have. Tap "Low" and it moves the long block to Saturday morning and offers 10 minutes of vocabulary today. The streak stays, and so does the exam date.
Where Ori is today
Ori is in testing on Android and iPhone. The app is in English for now; Czech and Slovak are on the way. Access opens step by step, first in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. There's no price yet. More in the FAQ.
